Incredibly delicious nose, with notes of fruit and spices. In the mouth there is a powerful texture. A wine which is positioned at the same level as the great Clos Rougeard, doubtless.
 
The Saumur Champigny of Sylvain Dittiere is a wine from Cabernet Franc grapes in purity, coming from a vineyard that stands on parcels of sand, silt and clay. The maceration of the grapes takes place in truncated-coned wooden barrels, without the use of sulfur dioxide. The aging is instead made for 70% in barriques sourced in part by Clos Rougeard, in part by Haut Brion. When bottling 2gr / l of sulphurous to protect.
