A beautiful brut rose of 100% Pinot Noir. The aromas begin with an elegant floral note followed by red raspberry, cherry, apple aromas. Very friendly, light plush feel to the palate, seamless fresh fruit flavors and soft, supple finish. Definitely a patio party wine to just enjoy, yet can pair up with a strawberry salad w/ goat cheese, poached salmon or seared white fish.

...whatever you want! Fried Chicken, garlicky whilte pizza, salads, fruits, farm cheeses or Brie. Anything that would end up on a picnic blanket on a sunny afternoon. To kick it up a notch, serve it in large quantities at a summer party with a buffet of appetizers such as chilled prawn cocktail, Salmon or Tuna tartare, assorted sushi and sashimi.
 
But I feel it is best with pita, rich olive oil dips such as hummus, olive tapenade, or spreads featuring artichokes and peppers.
Also the perfect choice for Asian dishes, smoky American BBQ or Thai, Mexican, Indian dishes featuring loads of savory spice flavors.
 
And its ever-so-sweet enough to pair with light desserts like Pavlova, lemon cake or tart, tart spiced rhubarb crumble, etc.
